It's really easy to buy from us. Either use the shopping cart facility on our website, which will take you to PayPal to securely process your transaction, or visit our eBay shop, Fairies and Jewels.
Delivery - UK & Ireland
For all orders delivered within the UK or Republic of Ireland, we aim to have your goods delivered within 2-3 working days.
Delivery - Europe & Rest of the World
If you live in Europe, your goods will be delivered within 3-5 working days via Airmail, and if you live anywhere in the Rest of the World, your goods should reach you within 5-7 working days via Airmail.

We calculate postage by the total cost of your order:

If an item is out of stock, you will be quickly notified by email and given a full refund.
Payment
Our customers can pay securely via PayPal. When you purchase an item from this site, you will be taken to a secure PayPal page where you can then complete your transaction. You don't have to have a PayPal account to do this and you can use any of the major credit cards listed on our home page. We also accept cheques and postal orders from UK customers, but please contact us by email before sending payment. Goods will be sent out once payment has been received.
Returns
You have the right to cancel your order with us at any time before delivery and for up to 7 working days after delivery. If you are unsatisfied with your goods for any reason, you can return them for a full refund, although the return postage costs will be paid by the customer.

We comply fully with the Data Protection Act 1998. We will never share your details with other companies or individuals.
